Loop delivered excellent white glove support for migrating over our thousands of subscribers for our customer build a box subscription with tiered volume discounts. Where off the shelf functionality was not available, Loop provided great service for building the custom components that we needed. Especially incredible compared to the lack of response from legacy subscription platform players.

We changed from Recharge to Loop in Nov 2022 as Recharge didn't have all the features we needed and we found Recharge's support slow and at times very average. In contrast, the guys from Loop have been fantastic during the migration and whenever we encountered a problem they'd fix it overnight and were always available via phone or video conference which made the migration very smooth. By far the best subscription app. Their features are much more advanced than other apps. We have direct communication with their team so we have A1 support and we constantly work together to find strategies. The migration was seamless compared to the other big apps out there. Our subscription metrics are through the roof since joining Loop and I highly recommend anyone having a subscription-based model to work with Loop.

We chose Loop for its strong features in churn prevention and upselling. The migration team ensured a smooth transition within our tight deadline, making for a great start. My only regret is not implementing Loop sooner. Loop has elevated the subscription app space with best-in-class software that boosts revenue from Day 1 and improves the customer experience. No only does it put every other competitor that we tried/demo'd to shame, but they are constantly innovating. The Loop Subscriptions we signed up for looks very different today in the best way possible. They listen to customer feedback and implement fast.
